The Strizzers invite you to celebrate together the release of chapter 4 of their story to the rhythm of urban rock, codenamed “Run From It All”. The event is scheduled for July 28th at The Pub Universității, starting at 19:30 local time.

In a universe where we often feel captive, alone, and disoriented, the song “Run From It All” comes as a lifeline. Even if you sometimes feel that your efforts are in vain, keep fighting for your dreams. Perhaps it may not always seem so, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t let yourself be defined by insecurities, failures, or the criticisms of others. “It’s now your time to do the talking!”

About The Strizzers

The Strizzers is a new alternative rock project from Bucharest, inviting you to explore a fresh concept – urban rock. Drawing from their experiences in Bucharest and beyond, The Strizzers have crafted their own version of alternative rock, designed in a way that allows listeners to feel that the songs they hum along to while stuck in traffic, working on a project at the office, or going out with friends, help them realize that each of them is a small piece of an immense and dynamic puzzle, constantly reassembling.

“You Can’t Say We Never Tried” (May 2023), “It Makes Me Mad” (March 2023), and “See the Lights” (November 2022) are the three singles released so far, all available on streaming platforms. The band’s most recent single comes with an accompanying music video.

In the realm of urban rock, their music tells a story, serving as a soundtrack to their experiences and emotions, all wrapped in the rhythm of alternative rock. They are confident that you will find a part of yourself, your life, and your feelings in their songs, which they eagerly await to share with you.

They will share the stage with Dirty Red, a blues and alternative rock band from Bucharest, formed in 2022.

About Dirty Red

Dirty Red are a young band with a wide range of influences, resulting in a diverse and nuanced musical style. Among their influences are bands and artists ranging from Vama Veche and OCS to Steve Ray Vaughan and Tedeschi Trucks Band.
