In the spring of 2014, a group of friends with similar passions formed the band Nightmarion. Over time, after months of rehearsals and dedication, the band was defined such: Adrian Jureschi-voice, Alex Florea-guitar, Mihnea Michetei-guitar, Alex Tipa-bass and Cosmin Manolache-drums.
On December 24, 2020, Nightmarion released their first album entitled ”Mediam Noctem”.
They state: ”We started working on this album since 2014, when we were only a novice team with small dreams and aspirations. Maybe some of you have already came in contact with the album, either through ”I’m Walking”(2015), ”Their World”(”Lumea Lor”)(2016) or ”Last Day”(”Ultima Zi”)(2019). ”Mediam Noctem” represents our path to maturity and success. This can be emphasized by the subtle evolution of each song and the recordings represent the distinctive note of the band Nightmarion-present with body and soul in each verse”
This album combines the melancholic style with catchy guitar riffs making up an alternative metal landscape. The band sang at various festivals in the country, including: Bucovina Rock Castle, Bergenbier Friendship Days (Zilele Prieteniei Bergenbier) and Northern Days (Zilele Nordului), but also in the openings of some large bands such as Vita de Vie, Luna Amara, Coma, Bucovina, etc.
